  1. Connect your smartphone to your Mac.
  2. On your Mac, in the Applications folder, click the BlackBerry Desktop Software icon.
  3. Click Device Options.
  4. On the General tab, select the Automatically sync when device is connected checkbox.
  5. Click OK

    Hello, even though you say that this app will enable me to sync my Z10 with my MAC, it does not work for me. I get the message “Device not supported by software”.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Same for me, the app doesn’t work with BB OS10!
