Here is step tutorial to setting (Wi Fi)  Wireless Blackberry to connect your internet. This   instructions for connecting to the Northwestern Wireless Network using a Blackberry® mobile device. But please see the list of Blackberry® devices that support Wi-Fi® connections.

So here is the Instruction of Set Up Wireless on Blackberry® OS 6

To manually add a Wi-Fi® network, complete the following steps from your Blackberry® device:

  1. Press the Escape Key Escape Key
    until you reach the Home Screen.

    Press the escape key on your Blackberry device until it returns you to the Home Screen where you will see your background wallpaper and a list of 6 icons at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Press the Blackberry Key Blackberry Key to open the Menu. Select Open Tray

    Select the Blackberry key on your device (which will open a menu), and scroll through the options until you see Open Tray. Select this option.

  3. This will open up the Application Tray. Scroll down in the Tray until you reach the Setup application. Select this application.

    This will open the Application Tray. Scroll through the icons until you see one that looks like a Blackberry device with a green settings cog wheel. Select this Setup application.

  4. Select Wi-fi from the list of icons.

    From the available list of icon options, scroll and select the Wi-fi option.

    1. (Optional): If your Blackberry’s Wi-Fi connection is turned off, you will see the following prompt. Select Turn on Wi-Fi. If you do not see this prompt, your Wi-Fi is already on. Proceed to the next step.
      If your Blackberry's Wi-fi is turned off, a prompt will pop up asking you to turn it on. Select 'Turn on Wi-fi' if this appears. Otherwise your Wi-fi is already on and you may proceed to the next step.
  5. You will see a list of all of the Wi-Fi signals available in your current location. If it is not already selected, scroll down until the Northwestern network is highlighted. Select this.

    You will now see a list of all Wi-fi signals available to connect to. Scroll until Northwestern is highlighted and select this.

  6. You may now begin configuring the connection.
    1. Select the gray drop-down menu next to Enterprise Sub-Type. Select PEAP from this menu.

      Select the gray drop-down menu next to 'Enterprise Sub-Type'. Scroll through the menu and select 'PEAP' from the list.

    2. Scroll down until the cursor is located next to Username. Enter your NetID as your Username. Scroll down one more line, so the cursor is located next to Password. Enter your NetID password as your Password.

      Scroll until your cursor is next to the Username field. Here enter your NetID as the Username. Scroll down again until you are next to the Password field. Here enter your NetID Password as the Password.

    3. Scroll down until the drop down beneath CA Certificate is highlighted, select this. Scroll through the pop-up menu until you find AddTrust External CA Root. Select this certificate.

      Scroll down until the drop-down beneath CA Certificate is highlighted. Select this and scroll through the menu.

    4. Scroll down one more line, and select the drop down next to Inner Link Security. From this pop-up menu, select EAP-MS-CHAP v2.

      Scroll down one more line and select the drop-down next to Inner Link Security. From this menu select EAP-MS-CHAP v2.

    5. Leave the Token field unchanged. It should read None selected.

      Leave the Token field as is. it should read 'None selected'.

    6. Scroll to the bottom of the screen. Leave the other options unchanged and select Connect.

      Scroll down to the bottom of the page and leave all other options unchanged. Select the Connect button to begin connecting to the Northwestern network.

  7. Your Blackberry will then attempt to connect with the Northwestern network. When it is finished, you will receive a message notifying you that the configuration was successful. Select OK.

    Your Blackberry will now begin attempting to connect to the Northwestern Network.

    When it is successfully finished connecting you will see a message that states 'Manually connecting to the network was successful'.

  8. You will be returned to the screen that lists all of the Wi-Fi signals available in your current location, but the top of the screen will now show Connected to: Northwestern.

    You will then be returned to a screen that lists all of the Wi-fi signals. At the top of the screen you should now see 'Connected to: Northwestern'.
