Currently, most BlackBerry users have upgraded BBM (Blackberry Messenger) to version 7. BBM 7 gives you the freedom to choose how you connect with your BBM contacts. It is designed so you can seamlessly switch from a BBM message to a BBM Voice call for free over Wi-Fi. That certainly supports the new flagship: the voice call (voice call).

With BBM version 7.0, you’ll have the ability to voice chat with your BBM contacts over Wi-Fi®. This is a significant update to the platform and its capabilities, and gives you the choice of text or talk.   simply hit the call button and jump into a call.   You also have the ability to multitask while on a BBM Voice call  . BBM Voice is also compatible with the accessories like a headset or Bluetooth® accessory .You can also talk through the speakerphone on your handset.

Unfortunately, the BBM version 7 still has some problems-are likely to be experienced by the user-that is unstable voice chat error. In fact, it is connected to the Wi-Fi connection. But, the voice call is often broken.

What should we do about it? Here is a step by step that can be taken  the problem.

In the  first look this step If you use Microsoft Windows 7 :

•      Please Click the Windows / Start button + R
•      Then Type CMD
•      After do it  please Type: Ipconfig
•      The window will appear Default Gateway: Ex; 192.168.X.XXX

To set on the BlackBerry:

•      Go to Options
•      Select Networks and Connections
•      Select WiFi Network
•      Press the BB
•      Select the Saved Wi-Fi Networks
•      Find the name of a Wi-Fi connected
•      Press the BB
•      Select "Edit"
•      Uncheck "Automatically OBTAIN IP address and DNS"

Then please to filling in the fields:

•      IP address as the gateway = Filled (just change the last digit)

If your Default Gateway is 192.168.1.1, for IP 192.168.1.XXX filled (Changes to the latest figures, can be charged from number 2 to 255, with a record of IP should not be the same as the Default Gateway” and ‘IPv4 Address’ in ipconfig)

•      Subnet Mask = 255.255.255.0
•      Primary DNS = 8.8.8.8
•      Secondary DNS = 8.8.4.4
•      Filled default gateway addresses = same as "Default Gateway"
•      Domain SUFIX =
•      Then Save and Connect

Note: For all  windows operating system please open the "ipconfig".

I often complain about the SOS network operators on my BB , although before was full power aka 3G networks. Of course, my BlackBerry smartphone can not make to browsing, SMS, BBM, facebook, twitter’s, etc., will not do!  Because errors can occur on the network operator signal that suddenly disappeared. . I Cant  do anything. What are the things to watch out for?
I try this method   and give some way of solution below .

1. Please to Turn off   your BlackBerry, and do a hard reset. Then plug it back and wait a while if the SOS sign is still there or has changed to 3G.
2. If still no signal, please check Manage Connections and make sure the field is in the position of Mobile Network is checked. Then, do the reset registers in Host Routing Table to register your BlackBerry to the network operator you are using by going to the Options menu> Device> Advanced System Settings> Host Routing Table. Press the menu key and select Register Now. Make sure you receive a message that the registration.
3. If all of the above has been done and is still the SOS network, try to remember your sim card. Are you registered with the identity that suits you have. Based on experience, I had to register sim cards carelessly.  Checked other Blackberry wear too. I checked use normal mobile phone and a new understanding of what happened  that”My card was blocked” .
   If this happens, then you have to counter nearest operator to reactivate your sim card is blocked.
