1. Connect your 4G PlayBook HSPA+/LTE smartphone to your Mac.
2. On your Mac, in the Applications folder, click the BlackBerry Desktop Software icon.
3. Click Device Options.
4. On the General tab, select the Automatically sync when device is connected checkbox.
5. Click OK
