This is  problem with Playbook when down loaded the new OS . Now my Playbook won’t connect with my Computer. You downloaded the the newest version of the actual desktop software on to my PC and also the issue is the same. There isn’t any problem with any of my personal USB cables when you have no problem getting the unit. There is no trouble with the software either when you have no problem with syncing my personal Blackberry Torch. The actual desktop software roll-outs immediately when you are connect my Torch within, but with the Playbook, absolutely nothing happens.   1. Connect your smartphone to your Mac.

    • If your smartphone includes built-in media storage and you want to save your songs to this storage type instead of a media card, in the Music Location drop-down list, click Device Memory.

  • To synchronize your songs, pictures, and videos, select the Media files checkbox.
  • To keep your smartphone time synchronized with your computer, select the My computer’s date and time with my device checkbox.

6. If you want to synchronize your music, in the Media settings section, select the music source for your music library.

7. If your smartphone includes built-in media storage and you want to save your media files to this storage location instead of a media card, in the Store media on drop-down list, click Device and Click Finish.
